Pam Arnold farms 40-acres of land in Scandia along the St. Croix River and is the owner of Salt-n-Pepper Farm LLC . She is certified through the Minnesota Ag Water Quality program and was recognized as the Washington County Outstanding Conservationist in 2018. Pam is a fierce advocate for the St. Croix River and enthusiastic about getting more women involved in farming.
