Join the Coalition and Prairie Creek Seed for our Virtual Field Day. This event goes from 9-5 and features four separate sessions, each featuring a key component of sustainable farming. This event is jam-packed with knowledge and lessons learned by some of Minnesota’s finest soil health advocates. The schedule includes:

1. 1. 1. Healthy Soils 9AM – Join Jenn from MNSHC and Jamie Labat on his farm to talk about how he protects his soil. 
      2. Cover Crop Pastures 11AM – Karl, president of Prairie Creek Seed, talks about the benefit of using cover crops in the pasture.
      3. Oats and Clover 1PM – Amanda from Prairie Creek Seed discusses oat and clover varieties for cover crop use.
      4. Planting Green 3PM – We’ll catch up with Jenn & Jamie on the field to talk about the pros of planting green.
