A hands on learning about soils-management, biology, erosion, and the importance of building soils.  Soiled undies, slake, soil search for life, and building their own edible soil profiles including critters.  The kids learn the dynamics of life underground by being the soil organisms and plants exchanging air, water, and nutrients and what happens with soil disturbance.
