This field day offers a farmer-to-farmer networking opportunity over lunch and sessions on benchmarking soil health, cover crop mixes, organic management and livestock integration.  This event will highlight the work simple Mills is doing that gives farmers another opportunity to diversify rotations. Luke Peterson has eliminated fall tillage and deep tillage on annual crops and have noticed a big change in soil structure.  The speakers are Crop Consultant Dorian Gatchell and farmers experienced in soil health practices from Sauk Centre, Madison and Arco, MN. This event is free to attend, but registration is required (below).
