Mushroom Substrate

Greetings, my name is Tate. I am with Forest 2 Fork. We are a commercial mushroom farm in Faribault, Minnesota. I have an unlimited amount of spent substrate that is ideal for no-till farming and at a low cost of $0.20 per pound. Premiere soil ladies and gentlemen. I have a compost pile that I will be testing for specific nutrient list for Minnesota, later this summer, using horse and chicken manure mixed. We use Oak for our base substrate. We just had a Primus Audit and scored a 90%. Our next credential will be becoming 100% organic certified, by summers end. We are starting to ramp up and will have thousands of pounds of substrate weekly. I am starting to reach out to different communities, but I figured this would be a great avenue to start.
