In this risk mitigation webinar hosted by Land Stewardship Project you will have the opportunity to dive into Marketing Contracts, Whole Farm Revenue Protection, Relief Program Updates and ask your specific legal questions.

Farmers Legal Action Group (FLAG) attorneys Stephen Carpenter and Lindsay Kuehn will offer their legal expertise to help beginning and specialty crop and livestock farmers mitigate risk.  Working from existing marketing contracts, Stephen and Lindsay will highlight strengths and weaknesses of contracts; provide an overview of Whole Farm Revenue Protection policies that can provide protection for some diverse farmers.  Some time will be spent updating information about state and federal relief programs.  There will also be time at the end for individual legal questions.
